Anon - We have discussed doing a longer post on that subject - three of us are lawyers and we all have opinions on the subject.Until then, I think its sufficient to say that there are going to be some real structural changes to the way that law is practiced in this country. At the very least, law is, or should, no longer be the default occupation for liberal arts majors who don't know what else to do with their careers. Beyond that, who knows?
